Yogurt Parfait* with blueberries, granola and maple syrup
Creamy rice with raisins
Fruit smoothie with basil, buckwheat, chia and hemp

Main Dishes

Mediterranean Omelet (mushrooms, spinach, ham, tomatoes, gruyère cheese) served with pan-roasted potatoes in olive oil and oregano
Mushroom Soufflé Omelet with Parmesan cheese, served with apple maple boar sausage*
Herb-seasoned crêpe stuffed with ham, asparagus and gruyère cheese, and toped with béchamel sauce 
Breakfast Casserole (bread topped with vegetables, ham, potatoes and eggs, crusted with cheese and oven-baked)
Bird's nest (shell pastry stuffed with feta cheese and vegetables) topped with egg and cabernet merlot balsamic reduction
Scrambled tofu and egg with vegetables (an all-time favorite)


Fresh cut strawberries in their syrup with vanilla ice cream and crushed pistachios
