RATES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

RATES

Each room offers two types of rates: Premium and Standard.

Rates are calculated on the basis of double occupancy; same rate applies to 1 or 2 guests.

A 3.5% Quebec Lodging Tax (QLT) is applied against the room rate excluding breakfast. The rate displayed besides each room when you book includes the QLT.

GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) are extra and applied at the end of the booking process. The final cost of booking includes all three taxes.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Sunday rate adopts week-end rate when Monday is a holiday.

Rates can be modified without warning. However, changes to rates don't affect existing bookings.

Each additional guest after 2 pays $ 80 plus all three taxes.

PREMIUM

Premium rate includes the following features:

• flexibility to pay at the time of booking or at checkin;
• flexibility to cancel at no charge up to 3 days prior to arrival date, and
• daily complimentary In-room Snack Service, a value of $26 per day.

STANDARD

By choosing Standard rate, you must pay the total amount of the stay at the time of booking.

The reservation is non-refundable.

In view of the current situation, a request for postponement can be accepted if it is communicated to us at least 7 days before the date of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We offer two types of rates, Premium and Standard. The cancellation policy is different depending on the rate chosen.

When booking a room, make sure that you choose the right rate according to your needs.

When packages are added to a booking and paid for in advance, they are refunded in total when the booking is cancelled.

PREMIUM

Cancellation UNTIL 3 p.m., 3 days before arrival: no charge or total refund if booked online

Cancellation AFTER 3 p.m., 3 days before arrival: 100% charge or no refund if booked online 

Important note: Because we are a small 4-bedroom establishment, our cancellation policy is strictly applied, whatever the reason for the cancelation. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.

STANDARD

In case of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
