At Auberge Tom B&B, we love repeat visits from our guests. Pure strangers before their first visit to our B&B, they become friends when they leave. And when we see their names appear again in our reservation system, it's as if we meet our friends again.

This is why we offer a loyalty bonus as a token of appreciation to all our returning guests.

Our Loyalty Program has changed and is effective as of November 22, 2021

From their 2nd visit, our guests enjoy free in-room snack service, and get a free night's stay after the 10th night, which is applicable on a minimum 2-night stay. 

We consider ourselves fortunate to welcome within our walls a large majority of extraordinary people who bring such positive energy that we have a lot of fun hosting them. Not only are these guests happy with all that we have to offer, but they return the favor by showing respect for our instructions, our property and ourselves as human beings. In addition to applying the Loyalty Bonus on their bookings, these guests will be awarded the Loyalty Badge which entitles them to additional benefits.

The loyalty bonus is only valid with direct bookings and not when bookings are made through online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Expedia, Booking, etc... 

There is no expiration date to redeem the free night. 

Two free nights cannot be redeemed during the same booking. In other words, one free night per booking.

The free night cannot be combined with a special offer or with the Spa Nordik package.

The free night doesn't count in the Ten Night reward.

For every referral that leads to a reservation, you will receive a $25 gift certificate from a company of your choice. 

Receiving a reward has never been easier!

Our referral program only applies to direct bookings and not when bookings are made through online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Expedia, Booking, etc...

The reward in the form of an electronic gift certificate is awarded to the person who refers Auberge Tom B&B to someone they know and inspires them to book a stay.

• A = the person who refers Auberge Tom B&B
• B = the person who, following the referral from A, makes a reservation at Auberge Tom B&B

The reward is sent to A once B's registration is completed. In other words, A must wait for the reservation to take place before they get the reward.

The $25 gift certificate is from one of the following companies and is emailed in electronic format:

• Starbucks, Second Cup or Tim Hortons
• Simons or Linen Chest
• Any other company that offers $25 worth of gift certificates in electronic format that can be sent by email

When a new booking is made, we will find out if there is a referral and put A's name on B's booking. When the reservation occurs, we will contact A to ask for their preference between the different companies and email them the gift certificate.

B must be a new guest of Auberge Tom B&B.

The reward is offered to A only on B's first booking.

The reward is offered to A only when the booking actually takes place, once B is checked in.

There is no limit to the number of rewards awarded. In other words, if A refers ten new Bs to us, they will receive a gift certificate of their choice worth $25 each time.

A new booking does not take into account the number of people, nights or rooms. In other words, if B books two rooms for four people for three nights, A will receive a $25 gift certificate for that booking.

The referral reward program went into effect in January 2022.
