Now that we have been living with COVID-19 for almost two years, we feel that travelers who book tourist accommodations are now aware of the risks that the pandemic may pose to their trip, large or small.

This pandemic, which has been going on for two years, has had a major impact on the tourism industry and Auberge Tom B&B has not been spared. For this reason, we cannot take the financial responsibility of a last minute cancellation due to COVID on our shoulders. We therefore recommend that you book with the Premium rate AND purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations due to COVID-19.

Here's what you can expect if you face either of the following two situations:


You find out you have been in contact with a person infected with COVID-19 or have yourself contracted the virus AFTER you made your booking with us. 

Premium Rate

  1. Cancellation UP TO 3:00 p.m. three days BEFORE arrival date: no charge 
  2. Cancellation AFTER 3:00 p.m. three days BEFORE arrival date: full payment / no refund (if paid online), and no postponement to a later date

Standard Rate

Any cancellation: no refunds, no postponement


In the unlikely event that the B&B must close temporarily and return to lockdown mode, Premium bookings made during the lockdown will be cancelled at no charge, regardless of whether the lockdown occurs less than three days prior to the arrival date. Standard bookings will be rescheduled to a later date, with no limit of time to rebook.
